This product is 18k gold plated over 316L stainless steel.

Every order comes with free standard delivery regardless of purchase value. If you'd like to upgrade to next day delivery, there is only a 99p charge.

- Refund – because although we hate to say it, we might not be the best match! 

What You Need to Know:

To qualify for a return:

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging

- Returns must be approved via email before sending

- Earrings are final sale due to hygiene rules

- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange

Shipping Details for Returns

- Customers are responsible for return postage costs 

- Shipping costs are non-refundable 

- We recommend using tracked shipping - we can’t accept responsibility for lost or damaged returns 

Once your return is approved and received, if an exchange is requested and the item is in stock, we’ll ship it out within 2 working days. 

Returning Orders with Free Gifts

If your order included a gift with purchase, the free gift must also be returned in its original condition for us to process your refund or exchange.

Our Two Year Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our pieces. If you discover a manufacturing fault, please alert us within 14 days. We’ve got you covered:  

- We’ll replace or refund your item - just email us a photo and your order number. 

If your jewellery loses colour or tarnishes within two years, please contact us to begin an investigation. 

You will be asked to email us a photo of the item as well as provide your order number. We may ask you to send us your item so we can inspect it. 

After our inspection, if your item has indeed lost colour or tarnished, we will contact you with three options:

1. We will offer to repair your item - if applicable 
2. We will offer to replace your item with a new version - where stocks permit 
3. We will offer you a full refund (minus shipping fees)
